Welcome to our Diet and Nutrition coaching! This course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the role of nutrition in health and wellness and to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to make informed decisions about your own diet and nutrition as well as for your clients too.


Throughout this coaching, you will learn about the basic principles of nutrition, including the functions of essential nutrients and their role in maintaining optimal health. You will also explore the relationship between diet and common health conditions, such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.


In addition, this course will cover practical skills and strategies for planning and preparing healthy meals, including strategies for meal planning, shopping for healthy foods, and cooking techniques for healthy eating.


Our course is delivered through unique One to one sessions. This is not typical class room coaching but includes a lot of practical learning.
