Below are few common mistakes i have seen people commit while trying to lose weight;


1. Following FAD diets: This is the major mistake which we do. One can follow a particular diet plan for couple of day or month. But if it cannot be your lifestyle then your weight will bounce back for sure. Learn adopt healthy eating principles rather than any FAD diet.


2. Restricting Too many foods: Yes to achieve your health goals you need to select particular foods - But this should not lead to restrictive diet. Learn to add variety and favorite healthy foods too!


3. Eating Too many calories: Losing weight is all about creating calorie deficit. If you are not aware about how many calories you need - how many proteins you need then this can affect your results. Use online calculators. know your nos. Track those and make sure you are on right path.


4. Skippy Fats: Skipping fats or skipping carbs both the things are harmful. Fats are essential and are going to be helpful to your health. Make sure you get enough omega 3 and 6 in your diet.


5. Drinking less water: one of the major mistake people do is drinking less water for end no of reasons. If you need to lose weight increase fiber intake and water intake too.
